*The saltiness for the ice cream was tested using Reese’s and JIF peanut butter. Since the exact saltiness is very important for the final product in this recipe I cannot guarantee that the result will be the same if using some other brand of peanut butter. I suggest that you test the saltiness in this case as you are making the recipe.
*Don’t soak the cashews beforehand in water since they will absorb some of this additional water which will throw off the ratio of water in the ice cream and the ice cream will not be as creamy anymore.
*I used evaporated oat milk, evaporated coconut milk and sweetened condensed coconut milk from Nature’s Charm.
