Sweet Toast Ideas (V)

Sweet toast is one of those meals that’s very easy to prepare but also very delicious and satisfying. It’s also almost always available in hotels at breakfast as a vegan option. So when there’s nothing else available or when you just need a quick breakfast or snack, sweet toast with perhaps some coffee can be a great solution.

Growing up in Slovenia I don’t remember hearing about the classic peanut butter and jam sandwich or peanut butter and banana sandwich. Only in recent years I got to try them and are now my favourite combinations. Since I discovered Biscoff spread I found it also works well as a replacement for peanut butter on toast with banana. And then there’s my vegan Nutella which is also delicious on sweet toast.

There are so many other options to experiment with when it comes to which sweet spread and topping to put on a piece of bread. My suggestions in this post are the ones I think work very well together. Do you have a suggestion for a sweet toast spread that’s not very well known? Let me know, I would love to try some new ideas.
