I never get tired of the combination of dishes included in this Lebanese meze. They’re so satisfying and delicious together that I’m always licking my fingers after eating. My meze includes tabbouleh salad, fattoush salad, falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, tahini sauce, tahini and carob molasses and pita bread.

This is really a great meal to serve when you’re hosting many guests. All the dishes compliment one another perfectly and you get a great feeling of sharing because everybody takes a little bit of every dish. If you prepare this meze for just one or two people you can serve it already put together in one or two bowls respectively.
